At the top of each building are 3 bands of neon lights in soft colors.

The buildings would be a copper color to reflect sunlight by day.

I designed them to overlook the original site, and have Ground Zero be kept as a memorial garden with a lake. This would be a place of remembrance, peaceful contemplation and reflection.
