The centerpiece of my design is a square shrine, the size of a tower footprint. The names will be etched on the black granite mausoleum that encircles the shrine and holds the remains of the victims.

Soaring above the mausoleum is the 22 story high sculpture composed of 3042 life-sized, stainless steel human statues, standing on each others shoulders. They form the lattice walls of the shrine.

Inside this temple, 4 spiraling streams flow over 200 small waterfalls to a central pool. This is the silent, sacred core of the park.

Radiating from this central temple mound are many elements, including 4 office towers and a grand, domed railway station that together comprise a 16 acre memorial park.
