  Rum and Coke Float

Serves one.

Ingredients
1/4 cup grenadine
1/2 cup bar sugar
2 scoops rum-raisin ice cream
8 ounces Coca-Cola
1 tablespoon Myers's dark rum

 

Mixing Instructions
Dip the rim of a tall glass in the grenadine, then in the bar sugar to coat. Pour the Coca-Cola and rum into the glass, and top with the rum-raisin ice cream.
