One Drink

Ingredients
dash Angostura bitters
3/4 oz. quince syrup ("Sadaf" Quince Lemon Syrup available in Indian specialty food stores.)
2 1/2 ozs Rittenhouse rye (100 proof)

Instructions
Stir, don’t shake, the ingredients in a cocktail mixer and strain into a rocks glass (no ice). Serve with a lemon twist.
