Best Breakfast Burrito

If you think that, at least this side of Albuquerque, the breakfast burrito, like the egg cream, is a bit of a misnomer -- neither a breakfast nor a burrito -- you haven't tried the one at Chelsea's hot-pepper emporium, Kitchen/Market. Whenever we rise at the crack of dawn, or at least by 11:30 weekdays, we fortify ourselves with this soft and fluffy three-egg power breakfast to go ($4.10) embellished with onions, melted jack and Cheddar, and freshly roasted green chilies, all expertly folded into a tortilla of your choice (flour, whole-wheat, spinach, jalapeņo, or red-chili). Throw in a little extra cash for crispy bacon, smoky turkey-chorizo, or both, and be prepared to sleep it off until lunch.
