It’s super-private, so if your husband-to-be wants to spice up the honeymoon with a Crackdown or Full Moon Rising wax ($40) he won’t feel embarrassed walking out.

Hedge-fund managers and skateboarders alike flock to this barber shop for its old-school feel. It’s by appointment only, so men don’t have to worry about missing their wedding vows while they spiff up with an old-fashioned hot-towel shave ($15) or a more carefully coiffed cut (from $25) from one of the tattooed barbers.

They do the typical tapers (from $15), fades ($20), and shape-ups ($15), but can also handle dreadlocks (from $115) and Afros ($25). Grooms and their parties get special treatment with the Groom Deluxe package (cut, hot-towel shave, manicure, and pedicure with free Champagne, $150). If they choose to kick in an extra $220, they can get a 60-minute consultation and workout session with an in-house fitness and nutrition expert.

They have their choice of any of the services on the women’s extensive spa menu, but the Executive Treatment ($250) is all testosterone. For three hours, grooms prepare for the big day with a Fitness Facial, manicure, and massage, out of sight-and mind-from the bride.
