Nalini Method
Rupa Mehta’s fast-moving East-meets-West fusion of barre, resistance training, cardio, and core will give you that ballerina body you always wanted. Eight 20- minute podcasts are broken down into lower- and upper-body and core, with easy-to-follow moves like push-ups and leg lifts, using props like light weights and a resistance ball (podcasts $7.99 each, or $59.99 for the complete set; nalinimethod.com).

Stacy’s Bootcamp
If the idea of getting sweaty in full view of parkgoers makes you cringe, take Stacy Berman’s kick-butt exercise plan indoors with her 10-workout app ($1.99; stacysbootcamp.com) chock-full of old-school—but highly effective—moves like planks, lunges, bicycles, duck walks, and squats. You may be sore, but you’ll have killer legs come the big day.

Equinox
Even non-members can take advantage of the gym’s 30-minute Power Lunch online video circuit of jumps, lateral skating movements, and rowing motions (free on Q.Equinox.com). NYC instructor Mark Hendricks’s ripped bod will inspire you to get off the couch—and his lunges and squats will have you bikini-ready in time for the honeymoon.

Barry’s Bootcamp
Celebrities adore these calorie-obliterating workouts for the same reason you will: They work. The five downloadable MP3s ($12.99 each; barrysbootcamp.com) feature live-recorded classes, so you’ll get the studio’s dance-party vibe. Workouts target bridal gown hotspots like the back, shoulders, and arms in fast-moving, hour-long sessions combining cardio (sprints) and toning (dumbbells). No treadmill in your apartment? Just hit the streets for your sprints.

Pilates on Fifth
Sisters Katherine and Kimberly Corp have created four Ultimate Pilates iPhone apps featuring 12 physique-transforming workouts with apt titles like Burn That Muffin Top and Anti-Gravity Buttsky ($4.99; itunes.apple.com). Or you can log on to their website to download more than 110 Pilates videos sorted by target areas suchas shapely arms, strongabs, svelte legs, or by level of difficulty (from $1.95; ultimatepilatesworkouts.com). The 55-minute mat session called Bride-to-Be features a medley of side kicks, leg circles, and push-ups ($5.95).

Virayoga
Yogis of all levels can unfurl their mats and practice their sun salutations and sirsasanas with founder Elena Brower’s vinyasa mini-workouts (99 cents; itunes.apple.com). The 15- to 90-minute videos feature oh-so-appropriate themes like Reduce Tension, De-Stress Delight, and Revive, Refresh, Renew ($18 per month for unlimited classes; yogaglo.com).
