This 47-acre property dates from 1697 and is the oldest working farm within city limits. Couples can say “I do” in an open-air pavilion (from $800) or an orchard ($2,000), but the main attraction is the heated and air-conditioned barn complex. Built in 1933, the space was restored in 2000 and can fit up to 120 seated guests, with room for a dance floor. A four-hour event costs $1,600 and includes tables and chairs; for an extra $200, the newlyweds can ride off into the sunset on a tractor.
