  The maiden U.S. outpost of this ­Zurich-based perfumery carries fourteen niche fragrance lines—mostly French, Swiss, and Italian brands that, in many cases, can’t be found anywhere else in New York. The perfumes and colognes (from $100) conjure far-flung imaginings (a Sardinian sea breeze, a warm afternoon in Barcelona). Equally intoxicating is Osswald’s service, marked by knowledgeable staffers worthy of scent temple Aedes de Venustas, but in a shop as accessible as Fresh.
