  At this tiny new shop, buyers call all the shots; you choose your belt from hundreds of strap materials, widths, and colors, then a buckle from the scores displayed on the walls (there are thousands of possible combinations). The belt is then cut to your waist measurement and assembled in the back of the store in a few minutes. For $60 to $400, you can walk out with a classic everyday style, or a bedazzled number for a night on the town.
