This second-floor suiting showroom strikes an impeccable balance between too much and not enough choice. And for the money, you won’t find a better make. Most of the dozen-or-so off-the-rack options are priced at a practical $469 (made-to-measure starts at $900), and though the brand is based in Amsterdam, the suits are constructed from quality Italian fabrics, with optional trimmings such as horn buttons, extra pocket stitching, and horsehair-enforced interiors. Tailoring takes only a couple days (fifteen minutes for hemming), and the store sells button-downs, ties, blazers, and sweaters, too.
