More country club than sweaty gym, CityView Racquet Club steers clear of sporty clichés like multicolor walls and bright industrial lighting, and the space feels elegant in spite of its 80,000 square feet. The tennis courts, fitness center, spa, juice bar, and lounge are nice perks, but the real reason to join is to run around on the four squash courts, including one of the only hardball-doubles surfaces in town. Until recently, the best squash courts belonged to clubs with restricted membership, but CityView welcomes all, provided you're willing to pay the membership fee.
