Profile
Situated in one of Soho's modern furniture corridors, Desiron has been a presence in the industry since 1997, with the debut of the group’s first Chelsea showroom. Now relocated to Wooster St., Desiron’s lofted, airy space perfectly complements its mid-20th-century, modern-inspired designs, primarily crafted of iron, glass and dark woods. Substantial pieces like the retro-style Hudson sofa, available in swank fabrics like mohair and velvet, and the sleek Darin daybed, an upholstered bench/bed featured in MoMA’s main galleries, showcase the company’s clean lines and commitment to functional luxury. Desiron is also known for architecturally-inspired mirrors, available in large-scale floor designs; some are made with dark wood frames, like the Rio, Klar or Sharon wall model. Light the way with their charming selection of lamps.
