The most luxurious and all-encompassing of a recent spate of urban kids’ country clubs has four bustling floors of activities. The space used to be a 20,000-square-foot garage, until it was overhauled by new mom and well-known publicist Shari Misher Stenzler and her husband, Cosí co-founder Andy Stenzler. The genius of Kidville is that it caters to adults too: As toddlers joyously—and noisily—tumble in the bright-orange trapezoid gym or shake and bake in the cooking program, parents are on another floor chilling out in yoga class or learning investment strategies (adult classes also include sewing and cooking). There’s also a parent- and child-friendly café, a theater for family concerts, a salon, and a high-end children’s-clothing boutique. (Classes are $595 to $895 for seventeen weeks, basic membership included.)
