Each year come winter, when your unit is looking a little pallid, Air-Wave will swing by, lift it gingerly from its frame, and whisk it away to its warehouse, where it will be disassembled, cleaned, restored, and put to rest in its own storage bin alongside 1,800 others. After you get it back in the spring, you'll be breathing in fewer pollutants and bacteria and using less electricity. (When the condenser is blocked up with dirt, the unit works harder.) Best of all, you won't have to store it in your closet — or risk dropping it out the window when you reinstall it. Cost is $249 per unit per season.
