Kate Sullivan says she rarely does the same cake twice, and
encourages clients to challenge her with original ideas. For
a baby shower, try the “Nest”Ða moss-green buttercream
crowned with snuggling marzipan birds ($9 per serving). For
a birthday, there’s 3D Kitty, a 15-inch Hello Kitty
in a pink buttercream snowsuit ($12 per serving).
