I envision two (or more) intersecting arches which would be used for office space internally. These TWIN ARCHES (similar but larger and taller than the St. Louis Gateway Arch) would have a huge diamond-like prism set at the top of the arches to reflect the colors of the rainbow on the circular memorial gardens below.

The spiritual inspiration of the rainbow shining upon the memorial would be both life-enhancing and uplifting to all hearts that need to be healed from the horrors of the 9-11-01 tragedy.

This concept would encompass the totality of all the spiritual and emotional dimensions within humankind. The circular pattern of "The Rainbow Memorial", in fact, would symbolize the completion of the life cycle. This circle in all of its perspectives would indeed be a powerful uniting force to all of the major spiritual religions of the world.
