Beaming Glass Towers
- Gary Russo Gramercy Park, Manhattan

To permanently preserve the location, my proposal is to create two 120-story glass replicas of the former towers, in the exact spot of the originals.

Each tower will generate a blue beam of light. The color of the beaming light can change for holidays or special occasions.

The top of each tower will have a memorial observation area to honor the victims of each respective tower.

The two glass structures would restore the skyline, but also represent a message of global partnership for peace, commerce and the welfare of mankind.
