This isn’t fish pie in the usual ho-hum sense of the word. The pollock is folded with rosy chunks of lobster from Maine and little fans of fennel that you can taste in the back of your nose. It’s all bound together with butter and sealed in a pastry crust worthy of the finest croissant. And did we mention that it’s the size of a small Frisbee? Devour it in one sitting, and you won’t need a comfort-food fix for the rest of the week, or at least until the next snowstorm hits.
