    Danny Meyer’s six-month-old Marta is an unlikely place to order steak, given its two blazing pizza ovens. But if the $115 bistecca special is offered, get it. Chef Nick Anderer’s staff blasts the 28-ounce T-bone on the kitchen’s massive Infierno 96 grill and … that’s it. It’s sliced thick and served rare, as it should be, all char and salt. There are no marrow bones on top, no sizzling suet pooling around the meat. Instead, it’s clean-tasting with just a hint of funk. Definitely not what you’d expect in a pizza joint and better than what’s served in most steakhouses.
