5000 Broadway, at 212th St.; 212-569-4112
Among the most popular classes offered at this all-ages studio on a weekly basis are parent-and-me Mini-Scribblers—toddlers experiment with glue and fabric—and graffiti workshops for the elementary set. For tweens, there’s woodworking, and, starting this spring, silk-screening for high-schoolers. Prices vary depending on semester length but break down to about $24 per session. At semester’s end, founder Sasha Schwartz—who is as adept at teaching 2-year-olds as she is adolescents—curates a student art exhibit at venues like the American Academy of Arts and Letters.
