  When DJ-producers the Carry ­Nation—Will Automagic and Nita Aviance—throw their eponymous party every other month, it’s not uncommon for the guys to play their tribal-tinged house music for eight hours. Less art-zine-y than Spank and less fashion-y than Holy Mountain, these techno marathons call out to the roots of the New York house of the ’80s, with their most committed denizens refusing eviction until 7 a.m. As Aviance says: “If you’re coming to our party, it’s not your first time at the rodeo.”
