Your heart beats with the sexy rhythms of a Latin lover, but your feet move more like Elaine from Seinfeld. Head to Dance Manhattan, which offers "nightclub salsa" with the goal of getting students on the dance floors of such Latin-dancing hot spots as Nell's and La Belle Epoque while saving them from the embarrassment of flailing about in front of club regulars. ("Do not be a Copa boy," barks instructor Rodney Lopez.) The studio also offers classic and Palladium salsa as well as tango, swing, and ballroom. For $65 a month, dancers get four hourlong classes and admission to weekly practice sessions.
