This Lower East Side shop is jam-packed with the soft, beautiful leather accessories -- slouchy bags, buttery wallets, this season’s giant belts, and sandals -- that send fashion editors and designers reeling. But it’s the customer service -- devotion is more like it -- that really makes Jutta Neumann a destination. Say you like a bag, but the straps are too long: They’ll make a new one to your specifications. And as for sandals, which never seem to fit anyone exactly right, they’ll do the same. The range of colors is extraordinary, and there are as many styles as you can think of. Thick leather belts (think Michael Kors) run from $40 to $90. Handmade sandals average $200. Bags are anywhere from $175 to $500.
