I was moved by the lives that were lost and those changed forever. I was touched by the spirit that was displayed first by the citizens of New York and second by the nation as a whole.

I am not an architect but I have watched as numerous designs have been introduced. The question I asked to myself was how can you create a profound memorial and at the same time facilitate the creation of a new development and can the two go hand in hand? I think they can.

The two main towers will be built around the site but yet will be part of the memorial by reflecting the building of the past.
