"It would be possible to rebuild the building as one, but with two foundations. One foundation for each of the World Trade Center's two towers. The two buildings come from two foundations that will grow together to a new and even stronger building, which will be shaped as an obelisk.

On the front there will be more than 2800 spots. Each spot will symbolize a human being who lost their life on September 11th. Each spot has the name of a victim engraved.

Where the roof of World Trade Center was, the top level of this building will have a big room - like a cathedral. When you stand in this room and look up, you will experience how the stars were shaped over New York on September 11th. The starry sky will be created by more than 2800 spots. One for each victim."
