Two major towers are at the heart of the scheme, emulating the towers which stood before, and housing corporate, retail and leisure facilities.

Incorporated into the structures are two stainless steel voids which glow red at night, located in the exact position where the planes impacted, and intended to be a permanent memorial for the people who died on that day.

At ground level is a small park enclosed in a huge glass dome, an open space given over to the employees working in 2T, and to the people of New York, to enjoy.
