Lia Schorr Day Spa

This bright midtown spa offers great wedding packages (from $150). A quick sea-salt rubdown ($50) will soften extra-dry skin. Grooms can clean up, too, with the men’s treatment ($135): a deep-cleansing facial, paraffin hand treatment, buffing manicure, and the perfect pedicure.

Ling Skin Care

This salon is small, but the facials are surprisingly good. Ling’s nonsurgical, muscle-toning Micro-Lift Eye Contour ($100) and all-natural Micro Salt-Dermabrasion facial ($300) are great fatigue fixers before the big day.

Mamie's Skin Care Center

This cozy spa feels more like a home than a facial spa. Mamie McDonald and her small team cater to clients with customized skin-softening treatments. For the works, brides ask for the Concord facial ($275), which includes microdermabrasion, oxygen therapy, and intense pulsed-light therapy; it’s topped off with a hand treatment.

Metamorphosis Day Spa

Muted lights and a no-cell-phone policy make for a tranquil environment at this beauty spa. Facials start at $95 and massages start at $60 for 25 minutes. The Bride Beautiful package includes a facial, milk-and-honey body wrap, full-body massage, and a manicure and pedicure ($445).

Mezzanine Medical Day Spa

This East-meets-West medi-spa specializes in therapies that are more potent than typical treatments, but still feel indulgent. Standout services include nine types of massage and three forms of microdermabrasion ($175 each).

Tucked inside an Upper East Side brownstone, this homey spa offers a variety of facials (from $155), plus manicures ($30) and pedicures ($60). Clients also appreciate the soothing herbal aromatherapy and seasonal rebalancing treatments.

Okeanos Spa

This spa takes their time to pamper clients-the "quick- relief" facial and massage lasts a full hour ($125). They also provide waxing for men and women ($25 to $60) and three different body wraps ($90 to $120).

Pratima Ayurvedic Skin Care & Spa Clinic

Pratima Spa takes a holistic approach to wellness and beauty. Facial treatments, like the signature Ayurvedic facial, use all organic rose and sandalwood to calm wedding-stress-related flare-ups ($95 to $105).

Priti Organic Spa

This back-to-nature spa offers an organic alternative to traditional treatments. The spa’s signature manicures and pedicures ($25 to $95) feature essential oils in the footbath, fresh fruits and vegetables, soy polish remover, and nontoxic nail polishes. Botanical facials ($60 to $160) and massages ($110) are also popular.

Red Door Spa-Elizabeth Arden

This salon now covers five floors. For brides not sure which treatment to get, the Bridal Bouquet-which includes a spa lunch, massage, bikini wax, mani-pedi, haircut, style, and finish ($345)-is a sure bet.

Rehoboth Spa Lounge

This spacious, Asian-inspired spa features a Bride-to-Be package that includes a spa manicure, pedicure, facial treatments, a body polish, and a custom massage ($400).

Rescue Beauty Lounge

Ji Baek’s popular Rescue Beauty Lounge has private rooms that fit four-the perfect hideaway for friends to indulge in manicures (from $30) and pedicures (from $50). They also offer bikini waxes (from $40).

Design a one-of-a-kind fragrance to wear on your big day at this online scent studio. Detailed descriptions of the scents and sample blends make it easy to create mixes like mango-vanilla or lavender-jasmine-musk.

Shizuka New York

Preternaturally calm aesthetician Shizuka Bernstein will help you escape from the drab humdrum of midtown at this Japanese sanctuary spa. Clients can partake in the indulgent four-hour Hanayome package that includes a facial, body treatment, and a manicure and pedicure (from $345).

Skintology

This Chelsea spa’s Bridal Day package ($429) begins with a chocolate-cake body scrub and continues with a chamomile-soufflé facial, a hot-stone massage, and a manicure and pedicure. A light lunch is included along with the consultation.

SoHo Sanctuary

This spa’s mellow atmosphere and its one-on-one fitness classes draw in clients. The Ultimate Goddess package consists of an aromatherapy massage, reflexology, a facial, and manicure and pedicure ($525). Basic massages start at $125.

The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel New York

This small spa doesn’t skimp on details; it boasts relaxation rooms and a sauna, steam room, and whirlpool. A deep-tissue acupressure massage (from $215) flushes out toxins.

The Spa at Mandarin Oriental

For a relaxing day, many clients opt for the 80-minute wrap treatment, which includes a body exfoliation and a scalp massage. Couples’ packages from $1,150.

Spa H

Spa H is stocked with organic, handmade beauty essentials from Eminence and plant-based products from Sonya Dakar. The bridal package ($261) includes a 30-minute salt glow, a Swedish massage, and an express facial.

Susan Ciminelli Day Spa at Bergdorf Goodman

After a final fitting at the Bergdorf bridal salon, brides can decompress upstairs at this soothing spa. The bridal package ($640) includes an exfoliating mineral-salt scrub and seaweed body wrap.

Thai Privilege Spa

Most brides arriving here opt for the Scent of Siam treatment ($350), which includes 150 minutes of a hot steam, a Thai massage, a Thai herbal scrub, and an aloe vera wrap. The spa also has a VIP room with three massage tables so the bride and her friends can prep together.

Townhouse Spa

Brides- and grooms-to-be can de-stress from wedding planning in the couple’s room. For about $500, a bride can get a manicure, pedicure, facial, and an hour-long steam in the spa’s famed Oceana Hydra-Capsule. The staff can also arrange catered bridal-party packages for five to ten people.

Tribeca Beauty Spa

At this small Tribeca spot, the signature Day Spa package is four and a half hours: a manicure and pedicure, body scrub, massage, and facial ($325). Catered bridal showers are $10 to $25 per person, plus the price of services.

The Wellness Spa at the Benjamin

This tiny midtown spa will arrange for brides or grooms and their attendants to have massages in a hotel suite. Their East-Meets-West massage (from $130), which uses acupressure and shiatsu, is a popular choice.
