Wake Up!

Brunchtime cocktails worth setting an alarm for.

The New Bloody Mary
Bloody Caesar, $16 at Jeffrey’s Grocery (172 Waverly Pl., at Christopher St.; 646-398-7630) Tito’s vodka-and-Clamato combo bursts with chilled artichokes, tail-on shrimp, an oyster, and pickles.

The New Bellini
Rhubarb Strawberry Mary, $10 at Edi & the Wolf (102 Ave. C, at 7th St.; 212-598-1040) Fruity and bubbly like its predecessor, but grounded with Cointreau, brown sugar, and Grüner Veltliner.

The New Beertail
Thornton Melon, $12 at Randolph Beer (343 Broome St., nr. Bowery; 212-334-3706) A hangover-bucking mix of herbaceous Jamaica Red Ale, rejuvenating watermelon juice, and fresh basil and lemon.

The New Spiked Coffee
S.O.E. Coffee, $11 at Sons of Essex (133 Essex St., nr. Rivington St.; 212-674-7100) Java-infused Patrón XO sweetened with Absolut Vanilia and served on the rocks with milk and a hint of nutmeg.

The New Bacon Cocktail
Bacon and Eggs, $12 at Fatta Cuckoo (63 Clinton St., nr. Rivington St.; 212-353-0570) is the liquid equivalent of Michael Fassbender. (Just look at it: Have you ever seen a more masculine concoction?) Fashioned with bacon-infused bourbon, frothy egg whites, bittersweet Aperol, and bright lemon, and topped with a salty-sweet strip of maple-glazed bacon, it’s creamy and savory and hits all the right carnivorous notes, not to mention a few boozy ones.
