The gearheads who run this motorcycle garage got a beer-and-wine license in January and turned the front area into a bar, formalizing what had been an ad hoc social setting for friends and fellow bikers. In keeping with the grimy warehouse aesthetic—unadorned except for a giant American flag on the ceiling—the offerings are basic: For $4, you’re afforded a can of Bud. For $4 or $6, you get a paper plate of sausage or pulled pork from a cast-iron pot behind the bar.
