Inside the dark sunken bar, heavy curtains and salvaged shutters from Louisiana demarcate private booths. Out back, there’s a miniature Garden District complete with ivy-covered brick wall and running fountains; in front, you’ll find picnic tables topped with gingham tablecloths and condiment-filled tin buckets.
